Banco Pastor still claim for the right client the ability to go to 70% loan to value; their standard however is 60%. Banco Pastor have the benefit like a few others of having a London based branch where fully English staff are available.

Applications can be made via the London Branch and during this part of the process, the service is generally very good. After initial approval however the application must be passed to the Branch in Spain where the loan will be held. At this point the service often falls apart and changes can be made to the terms expected.
