The Banco Popular Group which includes Banco de Andalucía are still lending at limited levels of 60%. Service with this bank is amongst the worst in Spain with clients waiting for up to 3 months to receive an answer on an application and goal posts moved on regular occasions. A very difficult bank to work with who have a complete lack of transparency.

Clients accessing them direct should move with great caution as often the full terms of the products are not explained and once a mortgage deed is signed you are stuck with whatever terms are embedded in it.
