Caja Murcia are a regional bank who only lend where they have a branch distribution network. This is predominately in the Costa Blanca. Heavy investors in Polaris World and other local developments for many months independent resident mortgages were not available. Caja Murcia do seem to be back lending on a limited basis with the branches telling clients 70% is possible. In reality, however 60% is what is offered with linked products.

Caja Murcia do however allow clients to subrogate or take over loans secured against property they own or are in process of re-possessing even if this is 100% of price and are one of the few banks who state this and then actually deliver.
