DB Spain like Barclays Spain for many months withdrew from the non-resident Spanish mortgage market. Loan to values dropped to 50% and rate were high.

In recent weeks loan to values have gone back up to 60% and DB now offer a loan at 1.15% above Euribor with linked products that include life cover, credit card, debit card and two utility bills paid through them.

DB are also aimed heavily at the top end of the resident market providing for resident some of thanes Banks most attractive rates but at lower loan to values than most Spanish banks.

They have some very attractive saving rates but Euro accounts only.

DB unlike some of the competitors does offer loans in company names and to nationals outside Europe.
