Its months since we were in touch, indeed before Christmas!

I would just like to say how incredibly impressed Yvonne ( my partner ) and myself have been with IMS and specifically Ravena, she has been truly wonderful.

Where can I begin to start? Resolute in pursuit of a good deal for us, a consolation when things didn't go well, a wise head in times of turmoil, keeping her head whilst I was probably loosing mine! Her contact with us has been first class as has her replying to mails and calls even if it was me flapping ). She has pushed the bank when needed, coordinated details with all the parties and always been a pleasure to speak to on the phone. At the darkest moment she provided wise counsel and when things did go through congratulations. A source of detailed knowledge on products and what course of action to take. Our only regret is we eventually bought in Valencia not Andalucia so cant buy her a celebration lunch.

Many thanks for the time and trouble you have gone to here. A complex matter has been easily explained and I feel I now understand the pros and cons.

Since we spoke, I have discussed my situation properly with CAM bank and they are going to come back to me by Monday with some options. You were right - it is unlikely to be an interest only mortgage.

I do appreciate the professionalism you have shown here and at the very least, if I decide that sticking with CAM is a more cost effective route right now, I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to other people I know who have properties in Spain and may well need your services in the future.

I got home late last night Ravena and have just received confirmation from the lawyer that completion was achieved yesterday. I would like to thank you for all your efforts.
